Why do We Need Laptop Screen Protector

I’m using an iBook G4 12 inch now, interested on a reasonable article about using a screen protector for our portable computer. There are several reasons found on internet and here is the summary :

1. We have to keep our LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen out of any dirt and dust. I think this is a must. Almost people don’t care about their screen and let it being dirty. Laptop screen protector is the solution for this problem.

2. Keeping the screen save is the only way to keep your lcd lifetime longer. Each part of mobile notebook has different lifetime. The laptop screen protector provides a cushioned layer between the laptop’s keyboard and display. Bounces and knocks to laptop carrying cases can’t always be prevented but this extra layer of protection keeps your mobile device and data safer.

3. It’s really a small investment for our business. Placing our screen protector over our display is a minor yet worthwhile investment that may extend the life of your notebook computer. Damaging the screen is easy to do, because it’s composed of individual transistors at every pixel (tiny dots making up the screen images), and most damage is non-repairable

4. For mobile workers that may be outdoors for extensive periods of time, the laptop protector helps keep the elements away from your laptop display and is quite useful for wiping the screen as required.

5. Some products have ability to reduce the brightness effect from our LCD. It’s very important to make our eyes keep healthy. Although LCD is one of low radiation screens, that’s no fault for preparing our eyes fit.

For all reasons, we have to know that an LCD screen is extremely delicate. Dust, pet hair, and dirt attach easily to the screen, interfering with image clarity. Scratches, punctures, dings, abrasions are very possible. Consider that even wiping your notebook’s screen with a paper towel can leave scratches! A finger that points to the screen in order to “point out” information for someone can poke the surface slightly, crushing numerous pixels and result in black areas on the screen where no text or image will ever be able to be read again. Therefore, it’s like extremly important for us to use screen protector and keep our mobile business runs without worries.
